To prepare about six servings of this recipe you need to have the following products:
2 packs of precooked plates of cannelloni.
75 grams of goat cheese in cubes
160 grams of cheese to gratin.
7 tomatoes.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 zucchini.
75 grams of crumbled Cabrales cheese.
1 onion.
1 chilli pepper
2 medium aubergines.
Half a tablet of vegetable broth.
125 milliliters of olive oil.
150 milliliters of white wine.
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
Basil, thyme and rosemary.
Preparation of vegetable and cheese cannelloni with Thermomix
Once you have gathered all those products follow these steps:
To prepare the sauce, pour the olive oil into a pot and, when hot, the peeled and chopped onion as well as the peeled and chopped garlic. When they are poached, the same will be done with the tomatoes.
In the same pot add the chilli pepper and 50 milliliters of wine. The fire will be lowered and the sauce will be left to make, to which salt and sugar will then be added as well as the basil, rosemary and thyme.
