Today we bring you a tremendously simple recipe to make in very few steps and with a great flavor it is a pumpkin flan

as always the pumpkin is giving us a tribute to recipes that give a special flavor to many of our dishes

We put the already boiled pumpkin and the cream cheese in our Thermomix bowl and we crush everything
10 seconds / speed 10
add the condensed milk, sugar and eggs and blend everything
15 seconds / speed 6
We put everything in a previously caramelized mold and cover it with aluminum foil.
We fill our Thermomix bowl with water and put the varoma container with the container with the flan inside it and program
45 minutes / varoma temperature
in our pumpkin flan it will be ready
