Ingredients
500 grams of maria or digestive biscuits
1 jar of dulce de leche
90 grams butter
1 liter of whipping cream (35% fat) very cold from the fridge
1 pack of moya sighs
Preparation
To start the recipe we are going to pulverize half of the cookies, put them in our Thermomix bowl and program
6 seconds / speed 10
reserve in a bowl
pulverize the other half of the cookies
6 seconds / speed 10
We add the butter that must be of the time (not cold and hard) and mix with the second batch of cookies
10 seconds / speed 8
with this mass we put in the base of the glasses where we will put our Uruguayan powder (it can also be in a cake type mold)
we pulverize the sighs of moya
3 seconds / speed 4 and mix with the reserved cookies in the bowl
We wash and dry the bowl and proceed to whip the cream, place the butterfly and put the cream very cold (if we can have the glass very cold better)
