Today we bring a very simple trick to leave the peppers at their point, either to dress and eat or to make for another recipe
we will use the varoma container for it
whole bell peppers, green, red, or yellow in any quantity
The first thing we are going to do is wash the peppers well and dry them well with absorbent paper and remove the stem and seeds.
wrap each pepper in plastic wrap (one at a time) closing it well so that it does not lose the juice that they extract
Then we add a liter and a half of water to our Thermomix bowl and place the varoma container with the wrapped peppers inside and program
30 minutes / Varoma temperature / speed 2
At the end of the 30 minutes, very carefully so as not to burn ourselves, open the lid of the varoma and turn the peppers over, put the lid back on and program again
