Hello! Today I thought about making some cookies. Neither more nor less than some traditional cookies with Thermomix.

You can enjoy them for breakfast, snack or any time of day you want. They are easy to make and have a delicious flavor.

Put on your apron and follow these steps:
Add all the ingredients to the robot glass and program at
speed 6 / 15 seconds.
Next, spread the resulting dough with the help of a rolling pin. When it is ready and fine, with the help of a cookie cutter or molds, give the cookies the shape you want.
On a baking tray, put parchment paper and place the cookies on it.
Next, put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there at
180º / 15 minutes.
