Remove the mixture from the glass of the Thermomix and reserve.
Without having to wash the Thermomix bowl, place the onion, garlic and parsley, program. 5 seconds / Speed 5.
To continue, add reserved tofu mixture and breadcrumbs, program.
10 seconds / Speed 3.
