Ingredients of toasted yolk nougat with thermomix

300 grams of almonds
250 grams of sugar
2 egg yolks
the skin of a lemon
1 egg

Preparation of toasted yolk nougat with thermomix

Preheat the oven to 180ºC
to start our recipe we put the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and turn it into icing sugar
30 seconds / speed 10
We lower the remains stuck to the sides with the spatula and put the skin of the lemon (only the yellow part that does not have white) and repeat

Add the almonds and grind

lower again with the spatula the remains stuck to the sides
Add the egg yolks and the egg and program

put on a tray lined with baking paper and put the content on top in 2 blocks, giving each one a tablet shape
