Whether for dessert or appetizer, or just for a formal dinner with friends to move from one dish to another and remove flavors, this tangerine sorbet is a delight.
5 tangerines
1 peeled lemon
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 goblet of cava wine
3 or 4 ice cube trays
1 egg white
First of all, put the sugar, the cava, the peeled tangerines and the peeled lemon in the glass of the Thermomix and crush everything.
30 seconds / Progressive speed 5 – 10.
Now we incorporate the egg white and the ice, and program
10 seconds / Speed 10.
Very easy right? Well, you’re ready to serve. Serve in a few glasses and enjoy it.
