Ingredients

1 liter of water.
5 tablespoons of coffee beans.
1 cinnamon stick.
2 grains of cloves

Preparation

To start we proceed to grind the coffee for which we put the coffee beans in our Thermomix bowl and grind
1 minute / progressive speed 8-9-10
Add the liter of water, cinnamon and cloves and program
8 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1
as soon as we finish we program again
3 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
let stand 15 minutes in the glass without moving or touching anything
then we strain all the coffee in a jug or pot without stirring the content so that the grounds that we have at the bottom of our thermomix remain at the bottom
our pot coffee will be ready, we put sugar or sweetener to taste and taste
