The list of recipes that you can prepare with your fryer without oil is extensive. However, among these there is one that stands out in particular: scorpion fish cake with an air fryer.
It is a dish that, as its name suggests, is prepared with scorpionfish, a very tasty white fish that is rich in protein and vitamin B.

810 grams of scorpionfish
1 bay leaf
3 eggs
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
32 milliliters of fried tomato
1 large peeled carrot
4 chopped surimi
1 leek
102 milliliters of liquid cream
1 peeled onion
12 grams of butter
17 milliliters of olive oil
1 piquillo pepper
Preparation of scorpion fish cake with air fryer – airfryer
Gather all these products, put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Fill a pot with and add a little salt. Put it on the fire and when it starts to boil the carrot, the leek, the onion, the bay leaf and the oil. Let everything boil for 10 minutes.
Then add the fish and let everything boil for another 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the skin from the fish and also the ears. Next, chop up your meat.
Go putting the fryer to preheat to 180º.
The next step will be to grease a mold for the fryer with butter. Add there the fish meat, the eggs, the cream, the tomato, the pepper and the surimis.
Put the mold in the fryer and program to
180º / 43 minutes.
Take out the mold, let it cool and then put it in the fridge for at least three hours.
