4 salmon fillets.
610 grams of water.
Salt, dill and black pepper to taste.
2 or 3 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Preparation of Salmon to papillote with Thermomix
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Put aluminum foil in the Varoma and place the pieces of salmon on it.
Add the peeled and chopped garlic over the fillets.
Next, over the salmon, pour both the olive oil and the dill.
Wrap the fillets with the aluminum foil, creating a package and put the Varoma lid on.
Add the water to the robot glass and, once the Varoma has been properly placed in it, program
