Ingredients
420 grams of romanescu in bouquets
420 grams of water
5 eggs
220 grams of Roquefort cheese chopped
1 large garlic
Salt and ground pepper to taste
45 grams of lemon juice
1 sheet of puff pastry of about 300 grams, approximately
4 sprigs of chives, chopped
320 grams of fresh cream
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the water into the glass and put the romanescu in the basket with the lemon juice. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Remove the basket and reserve the romanescu.
Line the cake mold with the puff pastry and reserve it in the refrigerator.
Remove the water from the glass of the Thermomix and add the garlic. Program a
speed 7/5 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the eggs, salt, cream, pepper and chives. Program a
speed 4/30 seconds.
Distribute the romanescu over the puff pastry and also the cheese. Then add the contents of the glass to them.
Put the mold in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 35 minutes at 180º.
