- 8 fillets of hake.
- 2 garlic.
- 2 eggs.
- Salt and parsley to the taste.
- Oil for frying.
- Flour.
Instructions
- Once you have all the ingredients in the kitchen, proceed to follow these directions:
- Peel the garlic and cut it in slices.
- Add the garlic to the glass along with the chopped parsley and program the robot at speed 4 for 3 seconds.
- Then, lower the remains of the glass walls and add the eggs. Program the Thermomix at speed 5 for 5 seconds. Pour the resulting mixture into a container and set it aside.
- Roll the hake fillets in the flour and then in the reserved mixture.
- Finally, fry the fish in a pan with hot oil.
