McFlurry ingredients with McDonald’s style M&Ms

15 grams of vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla essence
140 grams of sugar
6 eggs
1 package of M&M chocolates
5 Oreo cookies
Chocolate syrup
1000 grams of milk

Preparation of McFlurry with M&Ms McDonald’s style

In the Thermomix bowl, mix the milk, eggs and vanilla sugar.
Program: 10 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 4.
Pour this mixture into a freezer-safe container, spread evenly, cover and place in the freezer for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, place the M&M chocolates in the Thermomix bowl to crush them.
Program: 2 turbo pulses. Remove the crushed M&Ms from the bowl and set aside.
Repeat the same process to crush the Oreo cookies.
Program: 2 turbo pulses. Remove the crushed Oreos from the bowl and set aside.
Take the ice cream mixture out of the freezer and divide it into parts to make mixing easier.
Pour the ice cream mixture into the Thermomix bowl and program: 40 seconds / Speed 6.
If necessary, repeat the same procedure with the same time and speed to obtain the McDonald’s-style McFlurry texture.
Place the butterfly whisk in position and program again: 1 minute / Speed 4.
At this point, you can divide the mixture into two parts to create an M&M McFlurry and an Oreo McFlurry.
Remove half of the ice cream mixture from the Thermomix bowl and add the crushed M&Ms. Program: 10 seconds / Speed 4.
Remove this mixture from the Thermomix bowl and repeat the same procedure with the crushed Oreo cookies.
Serve in glasses or ice cream glasses, decorate with more M&Ms or Oreos according to your preferences, and finish by adding a generous amount of chocolate syrup.
