To begin the preparation of this fabulous recipe, you must pour the crustless bread (preferably from the previous day), together with the eggs, 100 grams of sugar, as well as the salt, the anise, the teaspoon of yeast and ground cinnamon, program.
15 seconds / Progressive speed 5-7-10.
You will obtain a homogeneous mixture, somewhat thick to be able to shape repápalos.
Remove the mixture to a bowl and set aside for a few minutes.
