2 breaded breast fillets
200 grams of Quinoa seeds
400 grams of water
½ zucchini
1 carrot
½ leek
150 grams of fresh cheese
15 grams of olive oil

Preparation
Wash the Quinoa seeds very well by placing them in a strainer under running water so that no residue remains.
On the other hand, drain the quinoa seeds.
Then, place the clean quinoa, the measure of water and a little salt in the Thermomix bowl, program.
Make sure that the water does not evaporate completely.
While the quinoa seeds are cooking, prepare the breaded chicken breasts.
This is achieved by passing each breast fillet through the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs, place them in a very hot pan with oil and fry on each side until golden brown, remove from the pan and place them on a serving platter. .
