  4. once toasted, remove, change to a bowl or casserole and let cool
  5. we repeat with the other half of the quinoa
  6. with the grains already cold we put everything in our thermomix and crush
  7. 1 minute / speed 7
  8. we go down with the spatula what is stuck to the walls and spray again
  9. 30 minute / progressive speed 8-9-10
  10. We sift the flour and store in an airtight pot
