1000 grams of potatoes
300 grams of cod cheeks
100 grams of fresh or frozen peas
700 grams of water
200 grams of extra virgin olive oil
10 sprigs of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
1 or 2 chillies
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
To begin, chop the parsley sprigs, add them to the Thermomix bowl and program.
10 seconds / Speed 7.
Remove from the glass, pour them into a container and reserve for a few minutes.
Then, pour the measure of olive oil into the Thermomix bowl along with the garlic cloves and the chillies (2 if you want very spicy Potatoes with cod cheeks) program.
10 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
On the other hand, place slightly damp baking paper in the basket, and cover the entire basket, place the cod shells inside, reserve for a few minutes.
