600 grams of whipping cream
300 grams of condensed milk

Preparation of Portuguese Serradura with thermomix

To start this simple dessert we put the Maria cookies in our Thermomix bowl and we are going to pulverize them, for what we program:

and we reserve
We put the butterfly to the blades of the thermomix, add the cream (which is very cold) and beat:
speed 4 until we see that it is creamy (not fully assembled)
Add the condensed milk and mix everything again
7 seconds / speed 4
