500 grams of green kale
200 grams of floury potatoes
60 grams of smoked sausage
1000 grams of water
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
2 level teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.

Before starting the preparation, wash all the vegetables, especially the cabbage leaves, then drain a little, chop into fine strips. On the other hand, remove the skins of the onion, potatoes and garlic cloves.
To continue, pour the onion cut into pieces together with the peeled garlic into the Thermomix bowl, program.

With the help of a spatula or spoon, lower the remains of garlic and onion that have adhered to the walls and lid of the thermomix container towards the blades, then add the olive oil and program.
