For the mass:
300 grams of flour
102 grams of sugar
130 grams of butter
For the filling:
100 grams of poppy seeds
750 grams of milk
150 grams of poppy semolina
145 grams of sugar
1 egg
52 grams of grated coconut
100 grams of butter
252 grams of fresh cheese
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
To prepare the dough, add the butter and sugar to the glass. Program a
speed 3 ½ / 20 seconds.
Then add the flour and program at
speed 6/20 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the debris from the walls and start the robot again at
speed 5/15 seconds.
Put greaseproof paper in the cake tin, grease its walls if necessary and pour two parts of the contents of the glass into the mold. Spread them out well. Reserve the third part.
To prepare the filling, add the butter, the sugar and the milk to the clean glass. Program a
speed 3 / 95º / 6 minutes.
Then add the coconut, the seeds and the semolina. Put the Thermomix to work
speed 3 / 100º / 3 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl and let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
Wash the glass in the meantime, dry it well and add the cheese. Program a
speed 5/10 seconds.
Add the egg. Program a
speed 4/15 seconds.
Reservation.
Pour the coconut mixture, semolina and seeds back into the glass. You will have to pour the egg and cheese mixture through the mouth while the robot works at
progressive speed up to 6/1 minute.
Let the filling cool. When you have done it, pour it over the dough that you have in the mold. Spread it well and on it add a third of the dough that you had reserved.
Finally, put the mold in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 55 – 60 minutes at 180º.
