55 grams of sugar.
4 sheets of jelly.
80 grams of pomace cream.
320 grams of cream (35% fat).
120 grams of cottage cheese.
80 grams of fondant chocolate.
100 grams of cream cheese.
Preparation of pomace cream panna cotta with Thermomix
Once you’ve gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps:
For 5 minutes, in cold water, hydrate the gelatin.
Add the fondant chocolate to the robot glass together with 120 grams of cream and 20 grams of sugar. program to
speed 2 / 60º / 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Add two of the already drained gelatin sheets and set the Thermomix to
speed 3 / 60º / 30 seconds.
Then pour 50 grams of cottage cheese and another 50 of cheese. program to
speed 7 / 30 seconds.
Divide the mixture into several glasses and keep them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to set.
Wash the glass and then add 200 grams of cream and 30 of sugar. program to
