🍫 Petit suisse of Nesquik in Thermomix: the creamy dessert that falls in love with children and adults

Childhood flavor in home version, fast and cloud texture

Industrial desserts have some magic when we are little. One of the kings of recess and the novelty snacks were the mythical Petit suissethose small cups that hid a thick, dairy and very sweet cream that did not need excuses to finish in the backpack. Today, I bring you its improved home version: Petit suisse of Nesquik in Thermomixas easy to devour.

With just a few ingredients and in 7 minutes, you can get an ultra silky cream, with the unmistakable flavor to Nesquikperfect to smile the whole family. It does not carry preservatives, you can adjust the sugar to your liking, and also, admits topings of all kinds.

Ideal for dessert, snack or for those moments in which you only need a tablespoon of happiness with cloud texture.

🛒 Ingredients (for 6-8 cups)

  • 🥛 500 ml of whole milk

  • 🍶 200 g of cream to mount (minimum 35% mg)

  • 🧀 200 g of Philadelphia type spreading cheese

  • 🍫 80-100 g of Nesquik (adjust according to your nostalgia level)

  • 📦 1 on curd powder (royal type)

  • 🍬 40 g of sugar (optional, as the sweet you want)

Advice: If you use an already sugary nesquik, start by 80 GY without extra sugar. You can always add more later if you need it.


⚙️ Step by step preparation

1. Everything to the glass

Enter all the ingredients into the glass of your Themomix:
Milk, cream, cream cheese, nesquik, curd and sugar (if you decide to use it).

2. Program without fear

Activate the Thermomix:
7 minutes | 90 ° C | speed 4
The mixture will be hot, soft and lumpy thanks to the power of this wonder of cooking engineering.

3. Pour and cool

Distribute content in Individual cupsof glass if you want a more “cuqui” or plastic presentation if it is for the kids.

Let them cool about 15-20 minutes at room temperatureand then put them at Frigorific at least 4 hours. If you can leave it from one day to another, the result will be even dense and tasty.
