Nougat cake ingredients with thermomix
BASE INGREDIENTS
200 grams of cookies (the ones you have)
80 grams of butter
50ml milk
70 grams of almond Crocanti
30 grams of pure unsweetened cocoa powder
FILLING INGREDIENTS
500 ml of milk
500 ml of whipping cream
400 grams of soft nougat
2 envelopes of curd
Preparation of nougat cake with thermomix
BASE ELABORATION
We put the cookies in the glass and program
20 seconds / progressive speed 5/9
add the cocoa, mix
10 seconds / speed 6
Remove to a bowl together with the Crocanti almond.
Heat the butter in the microwave, add the milk, and pour into the bowl with the biscuits, stir and pour this mixture into a mold (I have used a 22 cm diameter mold), press with the back of a glass, and introduce into the fridge 30 min.
PREPARATION STUFFED
We put all the ingredients in the glass, program
9 minutes / 90°C / speed 4
When finished, we take the mold out of the fridge and overturn it.
When it cools, we put it in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours until it sets. After time, we unmold and decorate to taste.
