The mushrooms look great with our food processor, but today we bring you a new recipe to make with mushrooms

Ingredients
- 500 grams of mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 7 cups of milk
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- We will start by heating the oil, for which we put it in our thermomix glass and program 4 minutes/ 100ºC / speed 5
- Add the garlic cloves to the bowl and add another minute plus 1 minute/ 100ºC / speed 5
- Once the garlic has browned, place the maple leaf on the blades of our thermomix and add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2.
- Now add the flour and program 2 minutes / 100ºC / speed 5
- After a minute we put the milk in and program 4 minutes / 100ºC / speed 3
