Today we bring a twist and we bring you an Arabic-style lemonade with a little good herb that gives it a different touch. This recipe has mint

Ingredients

2 lemons
2 sprigs of peppermint
1 liter of water
6 ice cubes
120 grams sugar or sweetener

Preparation

to start our recipe we put the sugar and mint in our thermomix and pulverize
10 seconds / speed 10
we lower the remains down with the spatula
We add 1/2 liter of water and the lemons we program
10 seconds / speed 10
We add the other 1/2 liter of water and put the basket to act as a strainer and put the content into a jug.
we clean the remains of our thermomix jug
we put half of the ice and program
10 seconds / speed 10
We put the rest of the ice in the jar and serve (we can strain but we like the remains) and we put a mint leaves in the jar to decorate
and our arabic lemonade will be ready
