180 grams of Nutella
260 grams of mascarpone cheese
toasted biscuits
65 grams of icing sugar
205 milliliters of very cold cream
warm milk
Preparation of Mascarpone and Nutella Semifreddo with Thermomix
Once you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate below:
Place the butterfly on the blades and then pour in the cream. No time, until it mounts, program to
speed 3 and a half.
Reserve it in the refrigerator.
Pour the sugar and mascarpone into the robot’s glass. Start the robot at
speed 3 / 1 minute.
Next, add the cream to the glass and mix everything well.
Go dipping the cookies in the milk and then placing them as the base of a mold. On top, pour a little of the mixture from the glass and then a little of the 80 grams of Nutella that you will have previously heated in the microwave. Repeat this operation again until you have all the floors you want from the semifreddo.
