For the filling
325 grams ofleeks.
200 grams ofcheese.It is recommended that half be mozzarella and the other half Parmesan.
175 grams ofsmoked salmon.
100 grams of olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
For the mass
1 egg.
100 grams ofbeer.
Leek oil.
400 grams offlour.
5 grams of baking powder and another 5 grams of sugar.
Salt to taste.
Preparation of leek pie with Thermomix
Once you have managed to gather all those ingredients,put on your apron and proceed to follow the instructions that will allow you to obtain this healthy recipe:
Cut the leeks into slices and laminate the salmon if it is not.
In the robot’s glass,pour the cheeses and program

Then remove them and set them aside.
Add the leeks and program the Thermomix to
