A clean leg of lamb of approximately 810 grams
Salt and pepper to taste
2 sprigs of thyme chopped
2 sprigs of rosemary chopped
9 mint leaves, chopped
4 chopped sage leaves
305 milliliters of meat broth
Olive oil
1 glass of white wine

Once you have these products in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the thyme, rosemary, mint and sage to a bowl together with a glass of oil. Mix well and reserve.
On a tray, which you will have smeared with the aforementioned mixture, place the leg and pour the rest of the aforementioned mixture over it.
Place the tray in the fryer and program to
200º / 15 minutes.
After that time, turn the leg over and pour the wine and broth over it. program to
200º / 50 minutes.
