🛒 Ingredients for 4-6 people

  • 🧴 A bit of olive oil To grease

  • 🌭 600 g of fresh sausage chopped

  • 💧 1000 g of water

  • 🧂 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 🥦 800 g of cauliflower In twigs

  • 🍶 10 g of vinegar

  • 🥛 800 g of whole milk

  • 🧈 75 g of butter

  • 🌾 75 g of flour

  • 🍋 Half -lemon juice

  • 🧂 1 pinch of ground pepper

  • 🌰 1 pinch of nutmeg

  • 🥚 1 egg yolk

  • 🍶 100 g of cream for cooking


👨‍🍳 Step by step with Thermomix

🔥 1. Brown the sausage

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Spread a type source pyrex With a little oil and place the chopped sausage. Bake during 15 minutesuntil it starts to brown. Remove from the oven and reserve.

🥦 2. Cook the cauliflower

Place in the glass Water, salt, cauliflower and vinegar. Program 15 min / varoma / left turn / speed 1. Drain well and distribute cauliflower on the sausage at the fountain.

🥄 3. Creamy Bechamel

Without washing the glass, add the milk, butter, flour, lemon juice, pepper and nutmeg. Program 9 min / 90 ºC / speed 4. When you finish, pour this sauce on cauliflower and sausage.

🥚 4. Final touch of gratin

Now introduces into the glass the egg yolk and cream. Mix 5 sec / speed 4. Cover the cake with this mixture, distributing it well.

Bake again to 180 ºC for 20 minutesuntil the surface is well golden. And ready to serve!

  • Veggie version? Replace the sausage with smoked tofu or sauteed and triumphant mushrooms.

  • The Bechamel carries lemon to balance, but you can use a splash of white wine if you are looking for a more sophisticated touch.
