Ingredients
2 large aubergines
190 grams of tomato crushed
1 garlic
18 grams of dried tomatoes
600 grams of water
4 eggs
3 anchovies in oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
75 grams of onion
75 grams of chopped pepper
50 grams of olive oil
Preparation
When you’ve gathered all of those ingredients, follow these steps:
Wash and cut the aubergines lengthwise in half. Remove the pulp and place those face down in the Varoma.
Pour about 400 grams of water into the glass and put the Varoma in the robot. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 30 minutes.
Empty the glass and remove the Varoma.
Add the anchovies, dried tomatoes, garlic and oregano to the glass. Program a
speed 6/8 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and pour the oil into the glass. Put the robot to work

Add the onion, bell pepper, pepper, salt, tomato and chopped aubergine pulp to the glass. Program a
speed 1 / reverse turn / 120º / 15 minutes.
