1 egg
125 grams of butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
255 grams of pastry flour
34 grams of sugar
For the cream:
a pinch of salt
The whites and yolks of 5 eggs
105 grams of icing sugar
1 kilo of ricotta cheese
254 grams of sunflower oil
605 grams of milk
2 sachets of powdered custard mix
254 grams of sugar
Preparation of custard and meringue cheesecake with Thermomix
When you have gathered those ingredients, follow these steps:
Add all the ingredients for the base to the robot glass. program to
