Ingredients
- The zest and juice of one lemon
- 227 grams of sifted flour
- A pinch of salt
- 112 grams of butter at room temperature
- 1 large egg
- Powdered sugar
- 100 grams of sugar
Instructions
- Put on your apron and follow our instructions: The first thing is to start by preheating the fryer to 200º / 5 minutes.
- In a bowl mix the sugar and butter.
- Then add the beaten egg to the mixture, stir everything well again and add the zest and sugar. Mix very well.
- Then add the flour and mix until the dough is smooth. Let it rest for about 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put parchment paper in the fryer. After this time, take the dough and make small balls with it and then flatten them a little. Place them on top of the parchment paper.
- Set the fryer to 160ºC / 20 minutes. After that time, turn them over and set the fryer again to 160ºC / 5 minutes.
