- The juice of one lemon.
- 200 grams of bread crumbs.
- 400 milliliters of water.
- 100 grams of oil.
- Salt and ground pepper to taste.
Instructions
- When you have managed to gather all these ingredients in the kitchen, put on
- your apron and follow these steps:
- Start by chopping and then soaking the breadcrumbs.
- In the Thermomix glass proceed to add a tablespoon of the lemon juice, the
- breadcrumbs, the grated coconut as well as the salt and pepper. Proceed to
- program the robot at speed 7 for about 40 seconds.
- Then, through the bottle, pour the olive oil and proceed to emulsify at 37º and
- maximum speed for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the water you consider appropriate to get the perfect soup and stir well
- until it has the desired texture.
- What will remain is to pour the mixture into a container and place it in the
- refrigerator so that, when serving it, it is very fresh.
