I find it ideal for after a good dinner, since mint always gives a feeling of freshness.
To start we put the milk in our thermomix glass, the cream and the mint extract and program 5 minutes / 90ºC / speed 3
We add the dye and we give 2 blows of turbo after we add the sugar, the eggs, the cornmeal and we program 8 minutes / 90ºC / speed 3
At the end we put it on a tray and put it in the freezer for 6 hours after we serve it in glasses, we put milk chocolate or grated black on top of each one to your liking, I when the friends come I put 2 bowls one with each chocolate and each one serves to taste.
