For the meatballs:
510 grams of minced chicken meat
1 large beaten egg
Salt and ground pepper to taste
The crumb of a slice of bread dipped in milk
1 garlic
A bit of milk
parsley to taste
For the sauce:
1 garlic
52 grams of white wine
1 teaspoon of flour
Half an onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 glasses of chicken broth
sweet paprika to taste

When you have bought all these ingredients, follow these instructions:
Start with the meatballs. To do this, in a mortar crush the garlic and parsley. Then add a pinch of milk and mix everything well. The resulting mixture pour it into a bowl with the egg.
