Ingredients for chicken popcorn with thermomix
- 500 g skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 50g of flour
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation of chicken popcorn with thermomix
- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, about 2-3 cm in size.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg and then in the flour and breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat them completely.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
