Ingredients of Chicken breasts stuffed with sobrassada in Thermomix

2 open skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch of spinach of approximately 150 grams
100 grams of sobrasada
100 grams of cheese
2 cloves of garlic
20 pine nuts
50 grams of olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
Salt and pepper to taste
for the sauce
50 grams of sobrasada
50 grams of white wine
400 grams of water
50 grams of cream for cooking
50 grams of cheese

Shred the cheese in the thermomix, program.

Reserve 100 grams for the breast filling and 50 grams for the sauce.
Then crush the garlic, program.
