1000 grams of low-fat quark cheese
500 grams of Greek yogurt
450 grams of mango pulp
16 gelatin sheets
250 grams of chocolate oatmeal cookies
300 grams of white chocolate
50 grams of butter
1 packet of vanilla sugar
½ teaspoon of salt

Prepare the ingredients, then first soak the gelatin sheets in cold water to hydrate them.
Then cover the bottom of the springform pan (26 cm diameter) with cling film and secure with the springform pan rim. Lightly grease the rim of the springform pan. Press a strip of parchment paper about 10 cm wide around the greased edge.
