Chard au gratin with thermomix

Preparation

1. To begin, we place the carrots cut into slices and the potatoes in chachelos or not very large pieces in the varoma container, on top of it the chard already washed and cut into pieces, and add some salt to it.
2. and we reserve
3. Put 1 liter of water in our Thermomix bowl, place the varoma container and program
4. 20 minutes / Varoma temperature / speed 2
5. once finished we reserve
6. We dry the glass of our thermomix and put the oil and garlic in sheets and program
7. 5 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
8. Add the chard, carrots and potatoes that we had in the varoma container, along with the york ham and sauté
9. 5 minutes / spoon speed / left turn
10. We place in a source, sprinkle cheese on top and put in the oven to gratin and our dish will be ready
