Ingredients of Casalinga Pasta with Thermomix
350 grams of Pasta of your choice (Spaghetti, penne, rigatone, fussilli…) cooked al dente
250 grams of longaniza or fresh sausage (cut into approximately 2 cm pieces)
250 grams of mushrooms
50 grams of pine nuts
50 grams of olive oil
350 grams of cream to cook
50 g of grated Parmesan
100 grams of tomato sauce
Finely chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of Casalinga Pasta with Thermomix
Crush the pine nuts in the thermomix, reserve, program
5 seconds / Speed 5
Then, add the mushrooms to the Thermomix bowl also to chop them, program.

Once chopped into fine pieces, add the oil and fry, program.
7 minutes/ Temperature 100°C/ Speed 1
Now carefully place the butterfly on the blades of the Thermomix bowl, add the sausage or longaniza and program.

Check the cooking of the sausage, if it requires a little more time, program it.
5 minutes/ Temperature 100°C/ Bucket speed/ Reverse rotation.
Once the sausage is cooked, add the chopped pine nuts to the preparation, to toast them a little, program.
1 minute/ Temperature 100°C/ Spoon speed/ Reverse rotation.
Immediately add the liquid cream for cooking and the tomato sauce, program

If you notice that the sauce is a bit thick, you can add a little milk.
Then, add not too much salt and pepper to taste, finely chopped basil and finally the Parmesan cheese, a little to later rectify the salt point, program.

Try to cook the pasta at the same time that the sauce is being prepared in the thermomix, so that both cooking times are at the same time and the result is ideal. The pasta must be al dente, as the Italians always advise us.
