  • 6 carrots large.
  • The juice of a lemon.
  • 150 grams of Water.

  1. Once you have all those products purchased, it is time for you to start making this syrup:
  2. the first thing will be peel the carrots and cut them into pieces and then add it to the robot’s glass.
  3. You will need to program this to speed 5 for a couple of seconds.
  4. Next, you will have to add the water and program the Thermomix to speed 1 and temperature 100º for about 10 minutes.
  5. Then let the mixture rest and return to programming progressive speed 5-7-10 for another 10 minutes.
  6. Then, proceed to add both the honey and the lemon and choose to program the robot to progressive speed 4-5. Do it like this until you see that the mixture is homogeneous.
