200 grams of cream cheese
500 grams of cream (35% fat)
150 grams of milk
80 grams of butter
180 grams of violet candies
6 gelatin sheets
500 grams of cold water

To begin the preparation of this delicious thermomix “violet” candy cake, place the cookies in the Thermomix bowl to crush the cookies.

Meanwhile, place cold water in a bowl and submerge the gelatin sheets to hydrate them.
