100 grams of icing sugar.
250 grams of almond flour
50 grams of egg white
For the sweet yolk
100 grams of sugar.
6 egg yolks.
50 grams of water.
Lemon peel.

Once all these ingredients have been gathered,it is time to put on your apron and follow these steps:
The first thing isStart with the marzipan.For that,you have to pour the almond flour and sugar into the glass of the food processor.will be scheduled to
speed 4for about 10 seconds.
After that time,and after removing the mass that has remained on the walls and on the blades,it will be put into operation again at
speed 4 for about 10 seconds.
Next,the egg white will be added and the Thermomix will be programmed at speed 5 for about 10 seconds.The result will be reserved.
Formake yolk candyyou will choose to pour the lemon peel,water and sugar into the glass
ladle speed and varoma temperaturefor about 14 minutes.
Afterwards,the result will have to be left to cool for about 10 minutes and the skin of the lemon will be removed.
Then the Thermomix will be programmed again at speed 3 and varoma temperature for about 8 minutes.
