Ingredients
For the chocolate mousse:
85 grams of milk
180 grams of dark chocolate, at least 70%
4 egg whites
1 egg yolk
20 grams of sugar
For the caramel mousse:
150 grams of liquid cream
200 grams of chocolate with caramel
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Start by preparing the chocolate mousse and to do so, add the chopped chocolate to the robot’s glass and program
speed 10 / 5 seconds.
Then, with the help of a spatula, lower the remains from the walls of the glass and add the milk. program to
speed 2 / 70º / 4 minutes.
Next, add the egg yolk and start the Thermomix at
speed 4 / 20 seconds.
Then pour the content into a container.
