Ingredients of banana quesada with thermomix
200 grams of ripe bananas
130 grams of sugar
130 ml of milk
60 grams of fresh cheese
130 g of sugar
1 natural Greek yogurt
60 grams of flour
Lemon zest
200 ml of whipping cream
3 eggs
1 small teaspoon of yeast
A pinch of salt
grated or powdered chocolate to decorate
Preparation of banana quesada with thermomix
we put the bananas, together with the milk and the sugar and we crush
20 seconds / progressive speed 6-9-10
Add the rest of the food, yogurt, fresh cheese, cream, eggs, flour, lemon zest, yeast, salt and program
1 minute / progressive speed 6-9-10
preheat the oven to 180º
We put it in a greased mold or with baking paper
and we put 1 hour (monitor according to each oven)
unmold and put grated chocolate on top to decorate and give it a touch..
