Baked pangasius ingredients with alioli with thermomix
2 large pangasius fillets
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
2 large potatoes without skin and cut into slices
250 grams of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Once the time has elapsed,check that the potatoes are half cooked,place the pangasius fillets on top of them and pour the rest of the alioli over the fish.
Bake again for 20 more minutes at the same temperature.
