To begin the preparation of this delicious recipe for Aubergines stuffed with tuna with thermomix, cut the aubergines in half lengthwise, make some holes, being careful not to pierce the skin, and extract the pulp, reserve it for a few minutes.
Place the aubergine hulls skin side up in the Varoma container, sprinkle with a little salt. Cover and reserve.

After the cooking time of the sauce, remove the varoma container, pour in the tuna and program.

When the sauce is ready, let it rest for a few minutes. On the other hand, place the aubergines skin side down in a baking dish.
After a couple of minutes, distribute the tuna and tomato sauce on the eggplant hulls, cover each eggplant with the grated mozzarella cheese and bake at 220° C for 10 minutes or until the cheese gratins.
Once the baking time is over, remove from the oven, let stand for a few minutes so that all the flavors settle.
