Ingredients of apple strudel with Thermomix
For the mass:
350 grams of pastry flour
40 grams of sugar
100 grams of water
60 grams of butter
1 egg
Salt
For the filling:
100 grams of walnuts
50 grams of seedless raisins
150 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
150 grams of melted butter
500 grams of pippin apple
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation of apple strudel with Thermomix
We are going to start our recipe by making the dough, and we put in our Thermomix bowl, the egg, the butter, the sugar, the water and the salt and mix:

Now add the flour and mix again.
3 minutes / cup closed / spike speed
remove the dough from the glass and put it in an airtight bowl and let it rest
about 20 or 30 minutes
Let’s go with the filling:
we take the apples and we are going to cut them into small cubes and so that they do not rust we are going to put a little squeezed lemon on top, once this is done we reserve the apple

We put the mixture that we had saved of nuts, sugar and raisins on top of the dough
Put the diced apple and part of the butter, save a little for later
With the baking paper we are rolling the dough and pressing it.
We put a little water on the ends so that it seals well
Place the strudel on the oven tray lined with baking paper and paint with the remaining butter from the dough and put it in the oven
