Air Fryer Vegetable Muffins
What you need: Medium air fryer (3–5 L), muffin cups or paper cups, large bowl, grater, spoon or whisk. Optional baking paper.
Previous preparation: Wash and grate the carrots and zucchini; finely chop pepper and onion. Measure flour, yeast, oil, milk and cheese. This speeds up the process and ensures that all the muffins are uniform and well mixed.
Grate carrots and zucchini, cut pepper and onion into small or fine pieces. This helps the batter become smooth and the muffins cook evenly.
