  • 🧀 100 g grated cheese (Emmental, Gouda, Cheddar) — creamy flavor and texture.
  • 🥄 150–180 g flour — base of the dough, provides structure.
  • 🥚 2 eggs — binder and sponginess.
  • 🥛 150 ml milk — moisture and softness.
  • 🌿 4–5 tablespoons of oil (olive or sunflower) — softens the dough and helps it not stick.
  • 🧂 1 sachet of chemical yeast — helps them rise and remain spongy.
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg — for seasoning.
  • Optional: dried herbs (oregano, basil, parsley) or 50 g ham/bacon — to personalize.

Equipment and preparation

What you need: Medium air fryer (3–5 L), muffin cups or paper cups, large bowl, grater, spoon or whisk. Optional baking paper.
